SHIPPING & Return Policy

The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact details are correctly filled out when placing an order online.

Spreads by Cede will process and ship personal online orders within one week of receiving the order.

Wholesale orders will be processed and shipped within 10 days unless otherwise stated.

The shipping option ‘Winnipeg Delivery’ applies to locations within the perimeter of Winnipeg only. Any persons who places an online order and has selected the shipping option ‘Winnipeg Delivery’ and has requested delivery to a location outside of the perimeter of Winnipeg will be contacted and offered a refund or must cover the expense of the shipping fee for the order.

All orders placed through Spreads by Cede’s Wholesale Store must use the Wholesale Shipping option provided at checkout. Failure to do so will result in the order being held until necessary shipping fees are paid.

All sales through Spreads by Cede’s online store are otherwise final and therefore, unfortunately Spreads by Cede cannot offer any exchanges or accept any returns for any other reasons and cannot offer any refunds unless it is for reasons listed under Damaged Products.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged (i.e. a jar has broken) please send a photo of the damaged product with the shipping materials to hello@spreadsbycede.com and we will gladly replace or refund you for the product. This decision will be made on a case by case basis.
